No Refunds: Payments for services are non-refundable if you fail to attend your scheduled appointment at the chosen time. 

Rescheduling: While we do not offer refunds, you can reschedule your appointment for another date and time without any additional charge if you let us know at least 24 hours before.

No-Show: Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment will result in a forfeiture of your payment.
